The
BYU Football team does a Friday night fireside before they play their Saturday games. We had to go as they were at a church right by us and we had it planned for
YW before our release. It was so fun to see the players in a spiritual setting. One of the "islander big boys" played a medley piece on the piano that he had "arranged." We later found out that he had done that piece playing by ear. I thought they did such a great job and gave inspiring messages. I have so much respect for Bronco and the boys as they carry all of the expectations and hopes of the students, fans, and the church on their shoulders!
We were able to meet and greet the players after the fireside! I wish I would have studied up to know more of them beforehand:). Great experience!
