It is always a bittersweet day; a day we felt his little spirit and his presence before he passed. It was a heavenly feeling yet sad all at the same time. We miss him and wonder what our lives would have been like if he could have stayed with us! It brings back the memories every year when we go to the cemetery! I have never made it out of there once without crying:) Me and Mikelle always raz each other that we won't make it--she did better than I!

How SWEET and SO TOUCHING!!!! I am crying as I read your post and am still crying as I write this. I had Carson's BD on my calendar and we think about Carson often! We try to visit in May, but today we were up north. Carson will always be a special spot in our hearts as he is leading the way for all of us to come and play!
"GO DIMONDS"!!!!!
Annalee,
What a touching post. It makes me so grateful for the Plan of Salvation, that we will be together again. We love you all very much.
Annalee, thanks for sharing one your family's touching moments. We all can only imagine the ache your heart must endure. We too are grateful of our knowledge that we WILL see him again someday and renew that family relationship. Just think.... how many bags of brown licorice he will be due. (Hopefully chocolate, brownies, and brown licorice are part of the eternities. We can only hope.)
That made me cry. So sad, but also comforting. I still feel bad that we weren't around for it. Everyone looks great in the pictures, though - no sign of tears.
Won't that be an awesome day when the trio of boys can meet with Carson again and become the quads? Five years is a hard milestone, but he has touched our lives so much over that time. He keeps us remembering what it's all about. Love you guys
Ditto on everything everyone else has already said. I am crying so much I can hardly type, so just know we love you guys. Tucker & Tommy were going through all the cousins names and ages and then realized that Carson was born right inbetween them, and then asked "How old he would be, Mom?" So just know we think of him and his name comes up everytime we talk about forever families.
